Van Rensselaer Village

Constructed in 1972, Van Rensselaer Village forms a solid residential neighborhood close to community services, retail facilities, and bus routes. Van Rensselaer Village underwent an extensive rehab in 2012, and all apartments now include state of the art utilities, granite counter tops, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, new windows, and internet hook ups in every room. VRV is split into 17 buildings and is made up of 28 one bedroom units, 35 two bedroom units, 14 three bedroom units, and 4 four bedroom units, making a grand total of 81 apartments. VRV has a playground on site for our younger tenants and is only a few blocks away from a public park. VRV tenants also have free wireless internet access.
