Daniel P. Quinn Senior Housing

The Daniel P. Quinn apartment complex has 60 one bedroom units for seniors (62 years or older) or for those who are handicapped. Some of these units are on the second floor for those who can negotiate the stairs and do not want to be on the ground floor. All units are row style and have both a front and rear exit. Washing machine and cable TV hookups are also provided in each unit. There is a laundry facility located in the Quinn Community Room in the center of the complex and is open to all Quinn tenants. Each bathroom has a walk-in tub and a shower with a seat. There are also clothes lines located behind the units that tenants are welcome to use. Tenants also have free wireless internet access and discounted cable TV. Almost all of our units are designed for the aged to make their living as comfortable as possible. Quinn is located only one block for a convenience store, three blocks from a supermarket and post office, and is located right along the bus route. Also located less than two blocks away are a bus route, two pharmacies, and the Watervliet Senior Citizens Center. Photos of the apartments are available on our Facebook page.
