Abram Hilton Apartments

Hilton is nestled back in a quiet part of the south end of the city. This 30 unit complex has 16 one bedroom apartments, 4 two bedroom apartments, 7 three bedroom apartments, and 3 four bedroom apartments. This complex was built very similar to the Michael J. Day apartments having hardwood floors, large closets, new kitchens, and a washer hook up for all two, three, and four bedroom units, but Hilton does not have a basement for tenants. We do, however, provide an on-site laundry room and outside storage sheds. The heat is supplied from a central boiler plant with each unit having its own thermostat. Hilton tenants also have free wireless internet access. This complex is one block from the bus route, and two blocks from a convenience store!
