The Joslin complex consists of 18 two bedroom units, 36 three bedroom units, and 4 four bedroom units and is the newest built complex. Joslin tenants also have free wireless internet access. The Joslin complex is next door to two convenience stores and is only minutes from the supermarket, post office, a bus route, some public parks, and is within a few blocks from the Watervliet City School Districts schools.
